Mr Chapman is a mining engineer with 55 years of experience in exploration, development, engineering, construction, and management of open-cut and underground mining projects in Australia and overseas. He holds a Diploma of Mining Engineering, a NSW Open Cut Coal Mine Manager's Certificate, and a QLD Metalliferous Mine Manager's Certificate. Mr Chapman was Chief Operating Officer of White Energy from July 2010 to August 2019 and previously held the same role at Felix Resources Limited. He has held senior mining positions across Australia and Indonesia, working in coal, iron ore, copper, and nickel commodities. He is member of the Risk Committee.
