Prior to founding Crescent Capital Partners, Michael was a consultant at Bain International and the LEK Partnership. After leaving consulting, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Gowings Bros Limited. Michael is the current Chairman of Australian Clinical Labs Limited, Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty Ltd and Bremick Pty Ltd. Michael is also a Director of Aurora Expeditions Holdings Pty Ltd, New Zealand Panels Group, Seagrass Hospitality Group and Steel Mains Pty Ltd.
