Megan Clark

Dr Clark has executive and non-executive experience across a range of sectors, including scientific research, health, investment banking and financial services, education and mining. Through her roles, Dr Clark brings a strategic perspective and global experience, with a focus on risk and proven health, safety and environment and technology performance. In 2014, Dr Clark was made a Companion of the Order of Australia for eminent service to scientific research and development. She is the Chair of the Human Resources Committee, Member of the Corporate Governance Committee, Member of the Innovation and Development Committee.
