Mark Hine

Mr Hine is Non-Executive Director and has global mining experience with over 30 years of senior management roles in both surface and underground mining operations across Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, and China. Mr Hine previously held senior positions in the mining industry as Chief Operating Officer at Griffin Mining Ltd, Chief Operating Officer at Focus Minerals Ltd, Chief Operating Officer at Golden West Resources Ltd, Executive General Manager Mining at Macmahon Contractors Pty Ltd, Chief Executive Officer at Queensland Industrial Minerals Ltd, General Manager at Consolidated Rutile Ltd and General Manager Pasminco, Broken Hill / Elura Mines. While acting on the Perenti Limited board, Mr Hine was the Chair of their People and Remuneration Committee, a Member of the Sustainability Committee as well as a Member of the Nominations Committee.
