Mr Cossom has background in gold exploration and mining geology, coupled with strong economic evaluation and corporate experience. He was a key part of the team that helped transform Doray Minerals from a junior gold explorer to an ASX-200 gold miner, holding a range of senior positions with the company including as Geology-Development Manager from 2010-2015 and General Manager-Geology and Exploration.
