Mark Chadwick

Mr Chadwick has 30 years experience across accounting, corporate finance, restructuring, risk management, governance and strategic advisory, with experience in the resources sector and international markets. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Singapore for FTI Consulting and has held senior roles with PPB Advisory and Ferrier Hodgson in Singapore, Shanghai, Jakarta and Perth. He is currently Executive Chairman of Panorama Resources Pty Ltd. He is Principal of Perk Capital Advisors.
