Mark Bernhard

Mr Bernhard has gained board and executive management experience in the automotive industry across a range of geographies including Australia, Europe, the United States, South East Asia, and China. Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry in Finance and various senior executive roles. From 2011 to 2015, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Shanghai General Motors, returning to Australia in 2015 as the Chairman and Managing Director of General Motors Holden Australia until 2018. He is also member of ESG Committee.
