Maria Leftakis

Mrs Leftakis brings experience in shareholder engagement and corporate governance advisory, having worked with both domestic and international companies in Australia for over 25 years. She offers commercial and industry expertise having founded and led a number of successful stakeholder advisory businesses. She is currently the Chair of Sodali & Co, Asia Pacific, one of the largest global shareholder and governance advisory firms. In this role, Mrs Leftakis is also responsible for advising on acquisitions and growth opportunities. Prior to this, she was the firm's CEO for Asia Pacific and a member of the global Executive Committee, responsible for the groups business performance and growth strategy. She is also a member of Risk Management Committee.
