Maree Arnason

Ms Arnason has over 35 years experience across the natural resources, manufacturing and energy sectors, spanning commoditie including, copper, gold, iron ore, timber, coal, mineral sands, nickel and natural gas. She has expertise in strategy, sustainability, governance, risk, corporate affairs, stakeholder relations, business transformations, divestments and integrations. Ms Arnason is a Non-Executive Director at Gold Road Resources (ASX: GOR), VHM Limited (ASX: VHM), and Ardea Resources Limited (ASX: ARL). Ms Arnason is also a Co-founder and Director of Energy Access Services, a digital trading platform for Western Australian wholesale gas buyers and sellers and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, serving on their Board as a WA Division Councillor. Previously Maree served as the Chair of Juniper, one of WAs aged care community benefit organisations, on the Australian Securities and Investments Commissions Corporate Governance Consultative Panel, and the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) WA State Advisory Council.
