Malcolm McComas

Mr McComas is a private investor and an experienced company director and has leadership roles at several global organisations. Specifically, he was head of investment banking at County NatWest for 10 years and a director of Grant Samuel for a similar period following earlier roles at Morgan Grenfell in Melbourne, Sydney and London. He has deep experience in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions and has worked across many industry sectors for companies, institutional investors and governments with over a 30 year career in investment banking. He has worked with many growth companies in the resources sector and was most recently a director of BC Iron, the WA based iron ore producer and Consolidated Minerals, a global manganese mining company. He is Member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
