Lyell Strambi

Mr Strambi has 40 years of experience in the aviation sector both in Australia and abroad. In June 2020, Mr Strambi concluded his tenure as CEO and Managing Director of Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC). Having been appointed in September 2015, during his time at APAC he was responsible for the operation and development of both the Melbourne and Launceston airports. Between 2001 and 2008, Mr Strambi was based in London working in senior roles at Virgin Atlantic including Executive Director - Airline Services followed by six years as Chief Operating Officer. He is also a Member of Safety, Health & Environment Committee and a Member of Succession Committee.
