Dr Lam has over 40 years of international experience in general management, strategy consulting, corporate governance, direct investment, investment banking and asset management. He is Chair of the United Nations ESCAP Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) and Chair of the ESBN Finance Task Force. He has also held several leadership positions in banking and finance, professional services and the innovation and technology sector in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region, and is the immediate past Chairman of Cyberport, Hong Kong's digital technology flagship and FinTech and GreenTech hub. He is Chair of Risk Committee.
