Leanne Catelan

Ms Catelan is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is an experienced company director with exposure to both listed and private companies. Ms Catelan is also a director of Catelan Securities Pty Ltd. She has experience in property development and mezzanine debt financing. She has been involved in several asset sales, corporate restructuring, and a range of activities within private and public companies. She has served on the Board of ECL from August 2011 and became a Non-Executive Director of the Company in May 2025 after previously serving as an Executive Director of the Company. She is a member of the Investment committee.
