Ms Williams has over 20 years of experience as a growth technology leader with a track record in building businesses and technology transformation across industries. Lauren has been a professional Non-Executive Director since 2020 and has served on growth technology businesses. Prior to her board career, Lauren was the CEO of Carsguide/Autotrader, Australia's digital automotive marketplace and media company, where she led growth and change, culminating in the company's acquisition by a US-based global software firm. Her prior roles include senior positions at BBC Studios (London/Sydney), Nine Entertainment, and Fairfax Digital. Lauren began her career as an investment banking analyst at Citi's global technology group in Silicon Valley followed by several years in management consulting.
