Mr Yip has experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Among his previous senior roles he has served as Executive Director of Nomura Securities Malaysia, Deputy Group Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of Affin Hwang Investment Bank and Director of RHB Investment Bank and CIMB Investment Bankin Malaysia. He currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of Esente Capital Berhad, PCA Capital Markets Sdn Bhd, Capital Dynamics Asset Management Sdn Bhd, Privasia Technology BerhadfListed on the ACE Market of the Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad) and Euro Holdings Berhad (listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities). Mr Yip has a contact network throughout south-east Asia and will be invaluable in the Company's ambitions to expand and commercialise its platform in the region. Mr Yip is currently serving as a President of CPA Malaysia Divisional Council for 2025. He was also appointed by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance to serve as a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants from Feb 2025 to Feb 2027. He also serves as an Industry Advisory Panel Member for Curtin University Malaysia's School of Business and Finance.
