Mr Puil is a former fund manager and analyst with investment management experience in the resources sector. Mr Puil is currently a director and chief executive officer of RIVI Capital LLC. Mr Puil has held senior positions at Bolder Investment Partners (now Haywood Securities) and the Encompass Fund as a senior analyst of natural resources. Mr Puil is currently a Non-Executive Director of Dakota Gold Corp and a member of their audit committee.
