Ms McNamara brings more than 25 years experience in strategy, marketing and technology, with a focus on consumer and retail, in Australia and abroad. She is in leveraging digital solutions, improving customer outcomes, optimising costs and driving growth. Ms McNamara has experience in the automotive retail industry as a current non executive Director of Motorcycle Holdings Limited (ASX:MTO). She is also the Managing Director of Mighty Craft Limited (ASX:MCL), having been appointed late last year on a part-time basis to the boards strategic review. Previously, Ms McNamara held senior positions at Super Retail Group, where she was Chief Strategy & Customer Officer, at IBM, leading the digital strategy and iX (Digital customer practice) business unit across the Asia Pacific region, and at Fosters and Treasury Wine Estates, as Director of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, responsible for developing Beer and Wine strategies globally. Ms McNamara has also worked in strategy and marketing for A.T. Kearney and McKinsey and Company.
