Ms Vidgen brings experience as a finance executive and non-executive director, with a track record across the energy, resources, infrastructure and technology sectors. In addition to 26 years in executive roles at Macquarie Group, she has accumulated board-level experience. She served as the Chair of Quadrant Energy Pty Ltd, a Western Australian oil and gas producer acquired by Santos in 2018, bringing direct and practical knowledge of the oil and gas operating environment to the Board. She currently serves on the board of Bond University, consults as an Operating Partner to Macquarie Asset Management, is an independent Non-Executive Director of Macquarie Technology Group Limited and is the Chair of SkyNRG BV. Ms Vidgen has also served as an independent Non-Executive Director of Aurizon Holdings Ltd, a member of the Clean Energy Regulator and a National Board Member of Chief Executive Women.
