Karen Moses

Ms Moses was appointed Non-executive Director in July 2016. She is a Director of Charter Hall Group, Snowy Hydro Limited, and Music In The Regions Limited, and a Fellow of the Senate of Sydney University. She is a former Director of Boral Limited, Sydney Dance Company, SAS Trustee Corporation, Australia Pacific LNG Pty Limited, Origin Energy Limited, Contact Energy Limited, Energia Andina S.A., Australian Energy Market Operator Ltd, VENCorp and Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) Limited and Sydney Symphony Limited, and former Chair of the NSW Artform Board for Dance and Physical Theatre. She is Chairman of the People Committee, and member of the Risk Committee.
