Michael Joseph Ryan

Mr Ryan is a director and executive with over 41 years of experience in domestic and international capital markets. Mr Ryan is currently a director of Energy One,Executive Chairman of Cann Group and previously served as chairman of Australian Pacific Coal, a director of East33, MyWave.ai, CIMB Global, Morgan Stanley Australia and Shaw and Partners. Before moving into board and board advisory roles, Mr Ryan was Head of Equities at Shaw and Partners and the Managing Director, Head of Equities and Operations at CIMB. He is the member of the risk committee and Corporate Governance Committee.
