Mr Beristain was appointed as CFO of Almonty Industries in 2026, which he joined after serving as the Vice President of Finance for Ryerson Holding Corporation from 2022 to 2025 and on the Board of Directors of Ryerson China Limited in 2024 and 2025. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Central Steel & Wire Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ryerson where he was connected to its financial transformation, and as Managing Director and Head of Deutsche Bank AG's Americas Metals & Mining equity research. He is a member of the Risk Committee.
