Mr Richards has more than 35 years of experience in the resources industry; holding various positions within mining companies, investment banks and private equity groups. He has been involved in a wide range of mining M&A transaction in multiple jurisdictions. Mr Richards is an Independent Non-Executive Director; holding previous positions at Normandy Mining Ltd, Standard Bank, Buka Minerals and Global Natural Resource Investments; he is a Non-Executive Director of Northern Star Resources Limited and Non-Executive Chair of Sandfire Resources Limited. Other current directorships include Northern Star Resources Limited and Sandfire Resources Limited. Past directorships last 3 years include Saracen Mineral Holdings Ltd and Adriatic Metals PLC.
