John Pollaers

Mr Pollaers has 30 years of commercial and operational leadership experience that includes serving as the CEO of Pacific Brands, the CEO of Fosters Group, the Managing Director of Carlton United Brewers, and President Asia Pacific at Diageo. His Diageo career spanned 20 years in various General Management, Finance, M&A, and Operations roles across the UK, Asia-Pacific, and Group Executive Committee. He has experience across a range of sectors including consumer goods, aged care, advanced manufacturing and higher education. He previously served as a Non-Executive Director of pladis Global Advisory Board, Chair of the Australian Industry and Skills Committee, Chair of the Aged Care Workforce Strategy Taskforce and Chair of the Australian Advanced Manufacturing Council. He is also member of People and Performance Committee and Risk Management Committee.
