Mr Conde has experience in business and commerce and in chairing business, arts and sporting organisations. Previous positions include Chairman of Bupa Australia, Chairman of Pacific Power (the Electricity Commission of NSW), Chairman of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, director of AFC Asian Cup, Chairman of Events NSW, President of the National Heart Foundation, Chairman of the Pymble Ladies' College Council. Mr Conde is Chairman of The McGrath Foundation (since 2013 and director since 2012) and Chairman of Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF) (since 2020). Mr Conde is a former President of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal (2003 - 2023). He is Chairman of the Governance Committee.
