Mr Ciganek has more than 31 years in the mining sector across a range of roles including mining engineering, stockbroking, management and finance. Recently, John gained experience in debt financings including project financings, project bonds issuances, convertible note offerings, working capital facilities, hedging facilities, off-taker funding, and equity raisings through his role as Executive Director for Burnvoir Corporate Finance. He is the Chairman of the Risk Committee
