John Carter

Mr Carter has over 35 years of experience in real estate and financial markets. In 2004, he established Mill Hill Capital to pursue private equity opportunities in real estate, agriculture and equities. Prior to this Mr Carter was Managing Director, Co-Head of Equities and on the Australian Executive Committee of UBS in Australasia from 2001 to 2004. From 1991 to 2001 Mr Carter was Head of Real Estate at UBS. While at UBS, he led over $30 billion of M&A and capital raising transactions for an Australian real estate and infrastructure companies. Prior to UBS Mr Carter was involved in commercial real estate at two international real estate consultancy groups.
