James Moulder

Mr Moulder has strong governance experience having held a number of non executive Board and Advisory Board positions within the electricity and carbon industries. Prior to joining the Genesis Board, he Chaired a number of New Zealand Electricity Authority Advisory Groups and also advised the Singaporean Government on the development of electricity hedge trading markets. He has held executive leadership positions with Mercury Energy, including leading its retail, trading and generation groups. He has been involved in the development of carbon and environmental markets in Asia as a co founder of Tasman Environmental Markets. He is the Chairman of the Markets and Risk Committee.
