She began her career as an engineer at IBM, spending 23 years working across Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, India, and China. Following IBM, Jacqueline was CEO of Infosys Australia and New Zealand for six years. She later served as CEO of SMS Management & Technology, an ASX-listed IT services company, before returning to IBM as Vice President of Cognitive Transformation Services across the Asia Pacific region.
