Mr White has 45 years corporate experience including more than 23 years as Director and Company Secretary. Ian is experienced in all areas of corporate management. He is particularly experienced in all aspects of corporate financial reporting and corporate governance, including all the corporate governance elements included in the ASX Corporate Governance Council's Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations.
