Ian Macpherson

Mr Macpherson has over forty years of experience in the provision of financial and corporate advisory services. He was formerly a partner at an International Chartered Accounting firm managing a specialist practice providing corporate and capital markets compliance advice to the mining and mineral exploration industry. In 1990, he established Ord Partners and has specialised in the area of corporate advice with particular emphasis on capital structuring, equity and debt raising, corporate affairs and Stock Exchange compliance for public companies in the mining and industrial areas. He has further been involved in numerous asset acquisitions and disposal engagements. He has acted in the role of Director and Company Secretary for a number of entities and is currently a Non Executive Director of Red 5 Limited. He is past member of the Executive Council of the Association of Mining Exploration Companies (WA) Inc.
