Hugh Keller

Mr Keller was a non-executive director of ASX-listed Thakral Holdings Limited and a member of its Audit Committee until the company was acquired in a public takeover by Brookfield. He was also a non-executive director of LJ Hooker Limited and a member of its Audit Committee. He has served as chairman of a large private investment company, several small investment companies, and a private exploration company. Mr Keller currently provides consulting services to several companies and has been a non-executive director of a charity for over 10 years, also serving as chairman of its Audit Committee. He has legal experience in reviewing commercial contracts and arrangements, experience in public company audit committee procedures, and practical experience managing people and resources in long-term large projects. He is chair of Risk committee.
