She was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald's Australia and New Zealand before becoming Chief Operating Officer for McDonald's Australia. She is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of Metcash Limited and Ampol Limited and was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Blackmores Limited, Pacific Brands Limited, and Southern Cross Media Group Limited. she is also Member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.
