Helen was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald's Australia and New Zealand, before taking on strategic, commercial and operational responsibility for the business as Chief Operating Officer for McDonald's Australia. Helen is currently Chair of Inghams Group Limited and a Non-executive Director of Metcash Limited. She was formerly a Non-executive Director of Southern Cross Media Group Limited, Blackmores Limited and Pacific Brands Limited. She is a member of the People and Culture Committee.
