Mr Paramor has been in the real estate and funds management industry for more than 40 years, and was the co-founder of Equity Real Estate Partners, Growth Equities Mutual, Paladin Australia and the James Fielding Group. Mr Paramor was the CEO of Mirvac Group between 2004 and 2008. He is a past president of the Property Council of Australia and past president of Investment Funds Association. Mr Paramor is the current Chair of BackTrack, an organization assisting young people, a board member of the Sydney Swans and Sydney Swans Foundation and Director of the Garvan Research Foundation. He is a Member of Risk & Sustainability Committee and a Member of Investment Committee.
