Graeme Billings

Mr Billings retired from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2011 after 34 years. He is a former head of the Melbourne assurance practice as well as heading the firm's Australian and global industrial products business. He has had experience providing assurance, transaction and consulting services to multinational and national companies across a variety of industries. Mr Billings is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Amotiv Limited and Non-Executive Director of Clover Corporation Limited. Graeme also serves as the Chairman of the audit and compliance committee of Clover Corporation Limited. He is the Chair of the Risk Committee.
