Mr Hutchinson brings more than 15 years' board experience and over 30 years' senior executive experience, with a background in finance, governance and listed companies. His board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Korvest Ltd (ASX: KOV) an engineering and industrial products group; Non Executive Director at construction business, Depa Group PLC (Nasdaq Dubai: DEPA) and inaugural Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Benthic Geotech Pty Ltd, an offshore marine geotechnical investigation and survey company. He brings more than 25 years of C-suite experience, including as Chief Financial Officer of Al-Futtaim Contracting, Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. (QSE: IGRD), EFS Facilities Services Group and Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG (MSX: GECS), and as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of AusGroup Limited (SGX: 5GJ). He has also held several committee and advisory roles including: Middle East Advisory Committee Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and current Advisory Board Member to businesses in the digital workflow-automation and allied aesthetic medical services sectors. Mr Hutchinson is Chair the Risk Committee.
