Mr Hutchinson has 30 years senior executive experience and more than 15 years as a non-executive director, across finance, commercial management, risk, governance and corporate transactions, across the resources, construction and services sectors in Australia, Asia and the Middle East. He has board experience across both private and publicly listed companies. He served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of ASX-listed Korvest Ltd from 2014 to 2023, as a Non-Executive Director of Nasdaq Dubai-listed Depa Group PLC from 2019 to 2021, and as Chair of the Audit Committee of Benthic Geotech Pty Ltd from 2010 to 2019. Mr Hutchinsons executive career includes Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of SGX listed AusGroup Limited, and Chief Financial Officer of Al-Futtaim Contracting in Dubai and Qatari listed Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. He previously held senior finance roles with Leighton Holdings and AECOM. Mr Hutchinson is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of ASX-listed KGL Resources Limited.
