Mr Lennon has over 25 years of financial, accounting, risk management, treasury and strategic experience across financial services and is an experienced chief financial officer who has held senior leadership roles in the banking sector across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. He is currently a Director of the Stronger Smarter Institute, and formerly a director of the Bank of New Zealand. He has considerable ASX listed company experience through senior leadership roles over 15 years at National Australia Bank, including Chief Financial Officer for seven years. Prior to this, he spent a combined 18 years in a number of global senior finance executive roles with Deutsche Bank, notably as Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank Australia, New Zealand and Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank Japan, as well as senior management roles with KPMG in Sydney and London. He is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
