Frank DeMarte

Mr DeMarte is an experience mining executive with over 40 years of experience working with natural resources companies in Australia. His experience has covered a range of commodities including gold, base metals, iron ore, uranium and diamonds. Mr DeMarte has held executive positions with a number of listed mining and exploration companies and is currently an Executive Director, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has experience in areas of corporate management, governance, financial management and secretarial practice.
