Mrs Giudes has a background in technology, sales and early-stage start-up companies. Mrs Giudes has more than two decades of experience designing, building and running large internet-based businesses. Prior to becoming a professional non-executive director, Mrs Giudes was executive Senior Director of Xbox Games Marketplace as well as Microsoft Store online where she managed the profit and loss and global expansion in over 200 geographies with annual revenue budgets in the low billions of dollars. She has technical and commercial experience in software and hardware solutions and advises companies on strategy and technology. Mrs Giudes is currently the Managing Director of macroDATA Digital Solutions, a green datacentre company in Australia. During the past three years, Ms Giudes served as a director of the following listed Companies namely Class Limited, Livehire Limited and Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited.
