Ms Rubin has been a non-executive director for over 20 years. She has experience across technology, financial services, property, infrastructure and government sectors. Her non-executive directorships have spanned listed, unlisted, private and government companies. Her previous roles include Chair of Afterpay, AustralianSuper, Victoria Managed Insurance Authority and WorkSafe Victoria, and a director of Telstra, Slater and Gordon, Transurban Queensland, Mirvac and ME Bank. Elana was formerly a member of the Federal Government's Infrastructure Australia Council and Climate Change Authority, the Reserve Bank of Australia, and the AICD Victorian Council. She is the chairperson of the Board People Committee and a member of the Board Governance Committee and Board Risk Committee.
