Mr Flynn has 30 years of international experience in the media and information and communication technology industries, including holding various senior management and board positions. He has had experience in building international networked businesses, including current in East Asia and elsewhere. He is the current Chairman of IMEXHS Limited, a Latin America based medical imaging technology provider. Previously, he was the Chief Executive of newspaper publisher, Davies Brothers Limited, which was acquired by News Corporation in 1989. In 1995, he was appointed the Managing Director of News International Plc.
