Mr Round has over 20 years senior executive experience in capital markets, mine operations and specifically in the development of critical minerals supply chain businesses. Mr Round was previously CFO and Company Secretary to Ironbark Zinc Ltd and Wolf Minerals Ltd, and acted for nickel sulphide producer, Albidon Ltd, overseeing their operations in Zambia. He previously acted as CFO and Head of Sales and Marketing for Australian listed graphite and critical minerals producer, Bass Metals Ltd.
