Mr Lamont is member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee. He has more than 30 years of experience in a range of roles with organisations, including BHP, CSL and Orica. He also held the positions of CFO and Executive Director at Minerals and Metals Group and previously served as CFO for several other multinational public companies, including OZ Minerals Limited, PaperlinX Limited and Incitec Limited. He has expertise in capital management, project risk assessment, cost management and debt/capital markets.
