David Frances

Mr Frances is an international mining executive with a track record of developing and transacting on assets in multiple countries. Most recently he was Executive Chairman at Tiger Resources (Democratic Republic of Congo) where he completed the restructure of both the corporate and operational teams. Mr Frances also led Mawson West (TSX: MWE) from 2006 - 2012. He developed MWE from a Western Australian gold into an international copper producer, developer and explorer in the DRC.
