Mr Lance is a senior oil and gas professional and Reservoir Engineer with over 18 years' industry experience across the asset lifecycle, with a focus on resource maturation and monetisation. Mr Lance has been involved in exploration, appraisal, development, and MA&D on four continents, providing economic and technical evaluations for investment decisions, commercial negotiations, gas sales agreement terms, and corporate and asset acquisition & divestment. Mr Lance has worked for Woodside, Ophir and Oil Search. This included working on development projects as well as ongoing reservoir management and production optimisation, and non-operated joint ventures.
