Cynthia Scott

Ms Scott was the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Scentre Group and held a number of executive roles at Telstra, including Group Executive responsible for Telstras New Business portfolio. Prior to Telstra, Cynthia spent over 20 years in investment banking, recently at Barclays where her roles included Regional Head of Debt Capital Markets in Hong Kong and CEO of Australia and New Zealand. Cynthia is also a Non-Executive Director of The Australian Ballet. Cynthia was previously Chair of Foxtel, Telstra Ventures, Uniti Group Limited, and Autohome, a NYSE-listed Chinese technology company, and (until February 2026) was a Director of Uniti Group Limited. She is a member of the Adara Group Panel and previously served on the Advisory Board for Room to Read.
