Christine Holman

Ms Holman is a non-executive director with over 35 years of experience across the media, property, industrial, infrastructure and technology sectors. She is a director of AGL Limited and Indara Pty Ltd, a joint venture between AustralianSuper and Singtel. She also sits on the boards of not-for-profit organisations, including the State Library of New South Wales Foundation and the McGrath Foundation. During her time in private investment management, she assisted management and boards of investee companies with strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and commercial negotiations. She is the chair of the risk committee.
