Bryan Carr

Mr Carr is an experienced ASX public company Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with operating experience in Australia and China. He has over 20 years of experience working in technology companies in the private and public company environment where he has developed business development skills and corporate governance, finance, capital markets and risk management expertise. In addition to his experience in the Australian corporate environment, Mr Carr has understanding of Asia-based business operations, including 10 years based in China during which time he developed an understanding of China and Hong Kong's commercial, corporate and regulatory operating requirements.
