Ms Morris has more than 30 years of experience as a non-executive director across publicly listed, unlisted, government, and not-for-profit entities. Her board experience includes oversight of finance, audit, risk management, and compliance. Previous board roles include Urban Utilities, RACQ Foundation, and QIC Limited. He was formerly a partner of KPMG. She is the chair of the risk committee.
