Brett Gallagher

Mr Gallagher brings to the Board commercial and operational expertise, and strategic leadership gained in the telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure and technical services industries. He has spent over 25 years as a senior executive, director and owner of businesses within these sectors. He has specific experience in service delivery, contract management, business development, health, safety & environment, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He has experience in governance and compliance, reporting and investor relations. His current directorships include not-for-profit and several private businesses that operate predominantly in the utilities and services sector. He is a member of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee.
