Brett Dickson

Mr Dickson is a resources executive and corporate adviser with more than 30 years experience in the minerals and petroleum sectors, with experience in corporate governance and advising ASX-listed companies. He has held senior CFO, Company Secretary and finance roles with several ASX-listed resources companies, including Azure Minerals Limited, Rox Resources Limited and Ionic Rare Earths Limited. His experience encompasses corporate governance, ASX compliance, financial reporting, risk management, capital management and board and executive advisory. Mr Dickson has experience working with boards of ASX-listed companies on corporate strategy, governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, corporate restructurings, capital raisings, acquisitions and divestments.
